12PM – Trump holds a rally by the White House.

“they rigged an election they rigged it like they've never rigged an election before”

Biden won the election, but Trump claims it was stolen from him.

“We will never give up; we will never concede. You don’t concede when there’s theft involved.”

“They want to indoctrinate your children in school.”

“You’ll never take back our country with weakness!”

“our country will be destroyed”

Trump tells his followers to fight.

“When you catch somebody in a fraud you’re allowed to go by very different rules.”

“If you don’t fight like hell, you’re not going to have a country anymore.”

1PM – Trump sends his followers to the Capitol, where the election certification is taking place.

They assault the building and injure over 150 police officers before being forcefully removed.

Until 4PM – Trump watches the assault on TV from the White House and refuses to call off the crowd despite pleas from aides, lawmakers and family.

6PM – Trump tweets: “These are the things and events that happen when a sacred landslide election victory is so unceremoniously & viciously stripped away from great patriots who have been badly & unfairly treated for so long.”

Trump filed 62 election lawsuits and lost them all.

Circuit Judge BIBAS: “Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here.”
